Dear Members of the Dr. Shivajirao Kadam College of Pharmacy Community,

It gives me great pleasure and pride to extend my warmest greetings to each one of you. As the founder of this esteemed institution, I am delighted to share our journey and vision for the future.

With a background rooted in the pharmaceutical field, experience gained through my academic pursuits, extensive work in pharmaceutical companies, and leadership roles in renowned institutions. Having worked with prestigious organizations such as Cipla, Wallace, Glenmark, Lupin, and Ajanta, all of which hold International WHO GMP certification, I am dedicated to upholding the highest standards in pharmaceutical education.

My journey has encompassed various facets, from being a Production Quality Control Chemist to serving as a professor and later as the Principal for 26 years. In addition to my academic roles, I have been actively involved in managing hostels and schools for Marathi children, demonstrating a commitment to holistic education.

Contributing to education and leadership, I have provided computer training, organized workshops, and delivered speeches to guide students in making informed decisions about their academic and professional paths. My roles as the Chairman of the Board of Studies (Pharmacy) and as a representative of esteemed bodies like the Academic council of Shivaji University and All India Council for Technical Education reflect my dedication to shaping the future of pharmacy education.

As we embark on this journey with Dr. Shivajirao Kadam College of Pharmacy, our perspective plan outlines ambitious goals. We aspire to secure a prominent place in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), attain permanent affiliation with Shivaji University, and enhance the success of our students in competitive exams like GPAT and NIPER.

Furthermore, our vision includes the establishment of a Pilot Plant for Tablets & Liquid Orals, the creation of a Girls Hostel within the campus, and the pursuit of effective research proposals to secure grants from various funding agencies.

Together, let us strive for excellence, innovation, and continuous growth. I am confident that with the collective efforts of our dedicated faculty, staff, and students, Dr. Shivajirao Kadam College of Pharmacy will emerge as a beacon of pharmaceutical education, making significant contributions to the field and society at large.
